Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Chris, and I will be your guide. I am a lifelong athlete having played and participated in sports ranging from lacrosse, football, soccer to most recently cross-country skiing and cycling. I spent the better part of my life in a weight room. My first visit in a weight room was at the age of 14 while at Independent Lake Camp. The following year I signed up for my first gym membership and never looked back. I initially started lifting weights to gain mass so I could convince my mother to let me play football, I was a very skinny child. I was relatively successful. From that point on, I played football competitively for 8 years all the way through college, and 2 seasons playing major junior football . Throughout my athletic career I had the opportunity to meet and train with great trainers, coaches and athletes. I Learned all kinds of things about general physical health, life and athletics . I use all of these in my everyday life. I hope to share all these lessons that I have learned and will continue to learn with you. Let’s go!
